In October 2016 Briana represented us while selling our home in Alta Loma and my parents' home in Pomona at the same time we purchased a new home in Jurupa Valley. It all happened simultaneously, and with a lot of effort on our end as well as Briana's it all worked out.

We interviewed 4 different agents, Briana came with great recommendations and she sold it to us from the beginning. We needed a strong person to go through these transactions. It was a very stressful transaction for the amount of coordination it entitled, but we made it work. My only regret would be that Briana had already scheduled a vacation and it fell right into a crucial part of the process. We listed both houses at great prices with the expectation to sell fast and hopefully get offers above the asking price. Both houses had a lot of showings since day one but the Alta Loma house was not getting offers. When the offer came through, it was the TC Teri who negotiated. I still believe that if Briana was there to negotiate, we could have gotten $10K above the asking price (which was one of the selling points from Briana at the initial interview). The home we purchased was a brand new home from Pulte.
